Feedback Noise During Throttle?

Lately I've noticed a strange noise whenever I'm at light throttle. The noise seems to change pitch and loudness with the amount of throttle I give it. It only seems to be noticeable during the first 1/8-1/4 throttle. After that the cam and exhaust drown out everything else so who knows. During low speeds (0-40) it's more of a buzz sound. At highway speeds though it sounds like electrical reverb or something. I can just tap the throttle a little and hear it for a quick second and then it disappears unless I'm back on the throttle. It's a H/C/4.10 LS2 with Spec clutch. Stock radio and electronics, etc. No major mods done for about 2 years. Honestly, for all I know this noise has been there forever and I never noticed it. For some reason the other day I became very aware of it and you know how that goes now...

Any ideas what it could be?
Thanks
