2005 C6 MN6 - My fuel gauge works perfectly, but since the last 2 fill-ups my low fuel message no longer alerts me. The gauge is working correctly because both time I filled 14 to 15 gallons. Is this some kind of sensor problem ?

My Low Fuel indicator usually comes on when I have roughly 40 miles of range left, and I'm averaging 20+ MPG on the DIC. For my car, this is at the last line on the fuel guage.
The C6 has 18 gallon capacity between the two saddle tanks, so if you are filling up with 15 gallons to full fuel, you haven't reached the "reserve fuel" level (roughly two gallons).
Might be worth buying a couple bottles of Techron additive and run a couple tanks of gas with the additive through the car. Could just be some deposits causing a problem.

IMHO
14-15 gallons won't be enough to set the light off.
