Multiple Cylinder Misfire Code P0300 Help!

P0300 but different
So driving on the Turnpike did a pull to 110, no issues. 5 minutes later cruising at 85 and i get the flashing CEL with what feels like a misfire. As i try to limp it off the Pike, i notice the car won’t run unless it’s moving in gear (tried to coast in neutral but had to pop the clutch to keep it going). Got it to a gas station and **** it down, temps only slight above normal. Scanner and onboard show P0300. Steam was coming from the dipstick when checked and the oil filler cap looks like it could have coolant mixed. Fml. Aside from an oil change, any idea what to look for when I tear into this? (Waiting on a tow truck currently)
