Default Vararam cleaned and pressed

After reading numerous posts regarding the Vararam I had one installed when the headers and tune was done. This was about 7000 miles ago now have 11,000 on the car. Just did my first Vararam inspection and much to my amazement the filter was fairly clean and the gaskests were in place. Used the green filter kit from Vararam to clean it.I am very pleased with the work done by Race Proven Motorsports. They also installed a 160 t-stat and an EliteEnginering thermal tunnel plate along with their A6 trans tune. The car is alot more responsive now. My next thing is to install an EE catch can.Gotta love these VETTES

One came with my Z06 when I bought it - I've checked it a couple of times with no problems, and a recent oil analysis does not suggest any excessive contamination (silicone).

I have an early production version on my LS2 and glued the gaskets in just for an extra measure of security.

When the upper section began to deform, I took it apart and the filter was still sealed with no signs of dirt getting through.

VaraRam immediately sent me a new upper piece with new gaskets, no charge.

Great product/customer service.
