Idle is off
I just installed a set of corsa extremes which sound great btw but I notice that when I start the car my idle is not smooth like it used to be and sometimes can be very rough. Is this normal? A friend told me I may need to get my idle reset because the back pressure may be off from what the computer recognizes as normal. What do you think? If so, would I be able to do that with a programmer? Any help is much appreciated!

Idle speed/smoothness changing from muffler change is not normal. We don't know what else you've modified since your profile doesn't tell us anything. Could it be you just didn't hear the idle with stock quiet mufflers?
Could be you disturbed a sensor or a vacuum line or a wire harness when you installed the Corsa's? Any CEL?
