I just had the Pioneer Avic140 nav system put in this week, the first install, the amp was in a bad place and interfered with the factory antenna, we moved the amp and things got a little better. The amp is a class D amp which I now hear are notorious for emitting an FM signal. Anyone have this problem and or a solution, my next solution is a class X by Kenwood. I prefer the class D because they dont heat up as much.
As far as the head/NAv system. WOW WOW WOW, killer Nav and the system cranks!!!! I usually only listen to Ipod or Pandora so it doesnt matter to me but the wife (really her car) listens to FM a lot.
I am not all that familiar with the whole antenna thing and how it works in the vette????
