Speedometer will not work

I pulled my interior out of my 2006 Z06 to insulate it. All went well until I reinstalled it and started driving the car. Everything works fine except the speedometer. When I start the car the speedometer does its usual sweep test, all gauges work except the speedometer. The HUD speed does not register either. Anyone have any ideas? The GM dealer has no idea and there are no codes in the computer. The car runs fine but no speed.
