Head/Cam Install Questions
Hey Guys,
So finally getting my head/ cam install underway and here is the setup i have gone with:
2005 corvette LS2
LS3 heads (823) milled .020 (@65.5 cc)
Stock head gaskets
SpinMonster 230/234 .613 .598 114+2LSA
ls7 lifters (converted it to solid to measure the length)
I went ahead and measured the pushrod length with NO preload and it came out to be 7.300... does that sound right?
Also, what is the recommended preload amount; i was thing ~.030; so ultimately i would end up with 7.330 pushrod length??
