Hey guys looking to step up the base 430 HP Vette I own. I have done some performance upgrades but they have been simple like intake, exhaust axel back etc. Nothing serious.
Looking at putting on a supercharger etc. and getting it to over 600hp.
Are there any shops in the Houston area that everyone agrees on is the best, reliable and have great reviews?
I have heard England Green is worth looking into. Any others?
If you are within 4 hours of Houston, England green is THE place to go.
2nd that on England Green, Jason and Stephen are TOP notch. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

It wasnt too long ago when I would rep LMR. Yeah they make some nice HP cars, but unfortunately, Ive learned first hand that unless they do ALL of your work then you can count on half *** anything else. And if and when something blows, youll be stuck in the cold. Even if it was 100% their fault..
You may also try asking in the SouthWest Regional board. There are many companies in Houston that can help you. I'd stay with the bigger names like COH, EnglandGreen, GForce, etc.
Going with Corvettes of Houston...I did not know they did the whole nine yards from installation to tunning etc.
I bought the car from them in 2009 and they are right around the corner...!!
Talked to Matt today and he explained whats included without the risk of other less trustworthy groups...
Anyone want to comment on Corvettes of Houston?
They are a VERY GOOD shop & Victor is a GREAT tech!!! I get all of my maint & repairs done there. My Vette is an 07 with over 140,000 miles on it and still runs strong with their help.
For the life of me I can't get some shops in Houston to take my money. I get correspondence with them, agree on prices....then I ask to bring my car in (sometimes several times) and never get a response. I guess business is pretty good right now, lol.
i have used powerfab as well and had no probelms, i believe matt from corvettes of houston use to work there.
correct i did used to be a tech there, before i came here to run parts dept.
Great group of guys over there. Both our shops work together to help each other out from time to time now.
as they do lots of heavy fabrication and we have all the very expensive diagnostics equitment.
