GS vs Z06 front leaf spring

GS vs Z06 front leaf spring
After doing a little research, it looks like GS's with manual trans and z06's have the same front leaf spring.
Can anyone confirm? The part number I'm finding is: 25992251
The reason I'm looking is because I want to swap out the front spring on my new base 2012 with a z06 unit, but if a GS unit is the same, the probability of finding a used spring in good shape goes up for me.

No......not by the info I've seen here which came from gmpartshouse.
The GS uses Z51 springs.
But, there's only a 5 lb difference between the Z51 front spring and the Z06, whereas there is a 106 lb difference between the base front spring and the Z51. So I can't imagine that you would ever notice or feel that little 5 lb difference, but.......

FYI only, I looked into swapping my rear GS's shocks & springs for Z06 units for a stiffer ride, & in talking with DRM & they said the difference is so small (5%..ish) it wasn't worth it.
