Someone told me that if inside the tips there is no perforated pipe then they are off a car before 2010! I think my Ebay seller may have misrepresented the product...bummer.

I'm pretty sure the "no perforated" pipe was AFTER 2010. So you should be OK for what you thought you bought.
I took them to the local Chevy dealer parts guy. He spent an hour on the phone with GM and based on some numbers on the mufflers they determined that they are from 2006-2008!
Calling PayPal.
Either way ('06-'08 or '09-'13), Z06 pipes are 3" diameter and your C6 is 2.5". Assuming you're not installing the remaining Z06 system or headers, you'll have to expand/reduce pipes somewhere to install the mufflers. The clearance for the 3" portion over the axle is minimal, especially with an A6 tranny.
Since the Z06 pipes neck down to 2.5" in the last inch as they enter the muffler, using your current 2.5" pipe and welding it to the stub of the Z06 muffler is the better method. There are many posts explaining this in detail.
You're probably better off financially, just requesting a cash settlement from the seller and keeping the ones you have to modify anyway. Double the cost of shipping sounds fair.

Well we came to an agreement with Paypal mediating.
Anyone interested in purchasing these for $200 bucks? I live in the West San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles. Really not interested in shipping.

If you have not already, I would list them in the "for sale" C6 section too.
I would think they should sell pretty easily for you.
