Bad Spring! Bad Spring!

The nose of the car had slowly sunk to the ground over the course of a few months, after getting the blower installed. I tried turning the height adjustment bolts as far as they would go, but the nose was STILL damn low. Less than an inch to the center spoiler, lots of scruffing and scraping.
So, I finally replaced the front and rear springs with some ZO6 takeoffs. After reading here on the Forum about how easy a job it was, I went ahead and did it myself. The suggestions on here were VERY helpful, as always.

Et voila, the nose it back at a proper height. Still lower than stock, of course, but where I want it. I checked the removed front spring for cracks, scratches, etc.. I didn't see anything especial. So I dunno. I'm over 73K miles, and I do enjoy the occasional track time and "spirited" driving of corners on the street, so maybe it just wore out.
Anyway, all is well again (after it gets aligned tomorrow). Thanks to the usual suspects here on the Forum for lots of useful insight.
