Loud Noise when u turn

I have a new 2013 60 Anniv Grand Sport L4 . Purchased in August, has 6,000 mi, and has been going on since purchase. This is my 7th vette and have never had the noise from the front tires. It is only when the tires are cold, having sit overnight, and making u turn under 5mph. Dealership cannot find wear anywhere under car or bumpers, etc. it sounds like slipping noise. But no one has heard of this. Very disturbing, will this wear out the tire faster? Any suggestions?

This is normal for a GS. sounds like a thump, thump, thump. Worst when cold but it will do it in all weather conditions.
there is a Chevy notice that describes about this, and says it's normal. recommendation is to not turn steering wheel as far.
