Fast 102 on ls2 20-25rwhp on a ls3 5-10rwhp and the intakes are the same price so on a new camaro they wouldn't be as popular. I used to have a iom 2010 ss what camaro did you have?
Yeah, I had two: a 2010 1SS, L99, 6A Black with Silver stripes, 12.4 @ 113 or so on stock Pirellis and a 2012 LS3, 6M metallic silver with hockey stick stripes, running about the same. I probably wouldn't have traded such a new car as soon as I did, but I got exactly what I paid for the 2012 on trade...honest! The 2006 3lt Vette only had 24k miles on it and still had the plastic on the sun visors and floor...can't tell it from new. Now, the Vette has run 12.28 at 118 with just exhaust, headers, CAI and email tune, but much more fun to drive than the Camaro. I used 17 inch C5 Z06 front wheels with MT DRs but only because I am not ruining these Eagle F1 run flats at the drag strip..they're too expensive. Both are Chevys and a whole lot better than any Ford.

Yeah my camaro was a lot more than the corvette but the corvette was used but only had 30,000 mi miss the camaro's heated leather seats and remote start now that its been cold for a little while. But the corvette is a lot better in every single other way.
Just saw this thread and there is a lot of misinformation involving the LS3 top end swap. Someone said it only picks up 5-10 whp?? Are you serious?? The LS3 top end is by far the better mod. It is a solid 30-40 rwhp gain. I have proof to show that. I picked up over half a second in the quarter. Show me a fast intake that will do that. Yes it's more work but the cost is very close. For parts, machining the heads and the tune you are about at the same price as the fast. The labor will cost you more because the heads need to be changed out. The benefit down the road is you don't have to buy heads. The down side is that your pistons need to be fly cut in order to put any decent lift cam in. I would look for a shop that can fly cut the pistons while the heads are off, it's not that much more. If you have any questions, let me know. The LS3 heads are the best mod I have ever done. I have about 6K miles on them and probably close to 40-50 passes and they are awesome. I also came from an LS3 Camaro and loved the engine but hated the car.
