I'm mid-way through installing my Vararam VR-SC1R Intake on my 2010 GS and I'm stuck. I cut the shroud as per the template and as I quickly found out the template obviously isn't large enough, after taking another 1.5" out on both sides I can finally get the lower duct past the shroud but then..... the lower duct hits the oil cooler. I loosened up the 4 oil cooler bolts and pushed the power duct into place and now the lower duct is pushing on the oil cooler. Common sense would dictate that there should be a gap between the oil cooler and the lower duct, that's not happening for me.
Any suggestions? I called Vararam on Monday morning and left a voice mail, nobody has called me back and their email (sales@vararam.com) doesn't seem to work either.
Thank you,
Tom
PS: I have the newest version of the Vararam VR-SC1R (without the orange bar).

I got your phone message but the number did not come thru clearly. Sounds like you need the oil cooler bracket-please call me again or PM me your phone number
