Default PFADT Customer Service

I just want to thank pfadt for the excellent customer service.

1. Every pm I have ever had with suspension questions or install advice has always been addressed quickly and professionally.

2. I recently started having suspension noises from my rear poly bushings and without question they offered to send more suspension grease to fix the problem and gave a rundown on how to quickly isolate the noisy bushing.

I have been modifying trucks and cars for a while, and have dealt with some horrible (one company that even refused to send a missing hose from an intercooler kit) and great companies, but Pfadt has gone above what Id expect, and has earned a permanent customer.

I'll admit I'm a Pfadt fanboy. Why do you think I drive a DSOM (j/k).

They're products and service are top notch in my book and it's nice they like orange too though.

I agree. I called Pfadt for some info on headers and x pipe for 2008 LS3. I got great info fast and easy (the version for my car should be available in March). I called another header company for a few questions and he could not even give me the right info from their website, so the other info he provided was highly suspect as well. I also have the JOC sway bars - great product.

+1 PFADT, their products are def. well thought out and made. I had their motor mounts, tranny mounts and chamber kit on my C5 and recently installed their chamber kit on my ZR1.
