Navi unit testing
Hello gents,
Do you know how I can test a navi unit if it's working without necessarily connecting it to a car?
I have the standard no navi console in my car, if I remove it, can I plug in a navi to see if it works, will I have the necessary wires and plugs back there? Or is it too different between the basic cd changer and a navi unit?
On the other hand, do you know if I can just give it 12v power to see if the thing powers up at all? If yes, got a clue which pins on the back of the unit are + and ground?
