AFAIK, the answer is No.
CF member talon90 has produced an excellent tutorial for the nav, you can find his website here with the Search feature. After you study the tutorial and learn how to modify your nav route, you can probably get what you want "by hand", but it's going to be rather complex.
We've been using the factory nav for 7 years/95,000 miles and it works well for us; better than our two Garmins. But if you need the kind of custom routing you mentioned, an aftermarket unit (hand held or built in) might be best for you.

Custom routing using the OEM Nav can be done, but it's somewhat tricky. You have to use the avoid route feature in order to get your route to do exactly what you want it to do.
You can also use Way points whe setting your destinations, and get the waypoints to veer your route to where you want it to go.
Of course, uploading a custom route would be much easier, but as Jim has already stated, this cannot be done with the OEM Nav.
