Default Under hood power sourse?

I want to pick up a switched (on when engine is running) 12v in the engine compartment. This will be a low draw--1/2 amp. Anyone know what fuse I could piggy back off of in the engine bay fuse box?

You could tap into the fuel pump relay.

Yes, that would solve the hot when running part, but how physically would I tap into the relay?
I wonder if the wire from the fuse box to the pump is accesable?
