I am about 3 months into owning a C6 3LT, Automatic coupe. I use it as a daily driver.

When I was in the buying search, it was a prime desire that I had, that it have a remote starter and be on the car. I have added it to the last 4 cars that I have bought. Finally settling on the car that I purchased, it ended up not having it, but I loved the car.

Two weeks later while trying to get loose ends tied up, window tinting, etc, I am told that no one makes a Remote Starter for this car without leaving a Key Fob inside the car. People who I have had dealings with for 30 years, who do that kind of thing, and stereos, etc, all very professional, say........DON'T DO IT! They have never had good results.

OK, that's enough for me.

I'm hoping someone can clear this new twist, up for me.

Last night, while cruising eBay, I find an ad for "Chevy Corvette C6 OEM Remote Keyless Entry Activated REMOTE START KIT starter" which allegedly connects to factory fob.

Perfect I think. <high five>

My installer today says POS. For me to forget it. <hang head in disappointment>

Anyone have any experience with this company, Stellar remote starter?

Any Remote Starter that works?

Should I just be happy and use the Window Valet in the summer to cool the car down?

Can someone point me in the right direction?
