Default Not sure where you live But

I am going with a cam at 21st Century Muscle Cars 20CMC
Camshaft specifications: 223/235 duration @ .050 .610/.620 with 1.7 ratio rocker arms 115.0 CL.
Matt can give you a lot of options and they know their business as they do installs for folks all over the state and region actually.

Just need something that's easy on the valve train with good HP/drivability.

Have you not looked up the Spinmonster cam? If I wasn't doing a blower i would use it. It is a great daily driver cam that has been proven to make 485-505rwhp depending on supporting mods.

Looking for a good cam upgrade on my 09' A6, stock stall. Spinmonster seems to be a great pick. I understand the grind needs to be a bit different for automatic. My main goals are very good driveability and low-mid range torque. I will probably add headers at same time and do not plan to mod it any more afterwards.

You will have to do a search, but if I remember right the Spin automatic cam is a 230/230.

http://www.gmhightechperformance.com...ft_comparison/

I went with the Lunati Voodoo cam in this writeup for my LS3. I installed it myself on 2010 Camaro SS. It is easy on the valve train (low lift), but heavy on the duration (.578/.598 with 233/245 @114° +4), added 61HP, and it sounds like a monster.

spend a little time reading the overlap and drivability section.
