69' leaking fuel lines

69' leaking fuel lines
I have a 69' with a frame on restoration just being completed. Today I noticed a fuel leak in the main line just aft of the cross member on the right hand side. I would like to replace both fuel and return line. My question is can this be done with the body on the frame. It appears to me that it can't. Anyone with experience in this please advise.
