Have 05 base. Have a dyno tune sch. for the 28 of march. Installing a fast 102 and kooks headers.If I install now will I be able to drive the car for a week or two before it's tuned?. Also Vmax tb.

YES you will.
You may get some emissions DTCs but it should still be driveable.
You will lose some engine efficiency and the PE AFRs may be a little rich. I wouldnt hammer on it untill its properly tuned.

I had a "Check Engine" light from the 02 sensors located downstream of the catalytic converters before I had them tuned out.

yes you will be able to drive it unless the Vmax gives you grief. put one on and car idled at 3,200 rpm. not really driveable in that condition
