emissions error code help

emissions error code help
Hey CF,
in PA we have to have a safety and emissions test for inspection.
i passed the safety part but failed emissions with error codes P0121, P0158, P2272, P2273.
To fill you in i have the ls3 with z06 manifolds, Borla 3" x-pipe, and B&B 3" bullets. i also have the halltech mf103, and a ported TB.
for the o2 sensors, we de-loomed the factory ls3 sensors to stretch them to fit the z06 bungs.
the Tech said that it was unusual that the lean and rich codes would come up at the same time.
do you guys think i need a tune to clear it all up or new z06 o2 sensors or what?
