Another variation would be the length, or height, of the air dam. If you lower the car and trim it, will that have an effect.

No one here knows the exact differences to be able to quote verified stats. Since you apparently need to know this, you should be the best person to do the testing. Take the whole airdam off to eliminate concerns about partial damage or warpage and we can adjust the results somewhere in between for those factors later. Now drive the car at max speed for a minimum of 5 miles. Record if it overheats and by how much and how long it takes. Also be sure to voice record all the data in real time, just so when the front end lifts and you crash, we'll have the answers for the next guy that asks.

Why would the front lift?

Also, have you considered how quickly the car will burn through fuel at full speed, for a sustained time? You never stated how full the tank should be, what surface, which wind conditions, DA, etc.

Where is up in space, with no gravitation force pulling you downward?

How many other unknown variables do you want to insert in the question to insure there is no possible answer?

All I want to know is what warping does. That is a separate question.

Simple. It F*ck's up airflow. You wanna know how much, go buy the equipment and measure it or warp your air dam and take before after coolant temps for comparison assuming you can replicate all the test conditions.

I think the question was answered. You want the evidence to support the answer. But there are infinite possibilities in severity, and direction of warpage. I feel if you got the evidence on a couple, you'd still be asking, "yea, but what if it warped this much this way?" b/c you are so warped, you are making an issue out of a non issue due to the boredom you feel after visiting your favorite spank site for the fifth time of the day. .

I'll write a proposal and we'll see if we can get this research project funded.

To answer your questions: Put your car in a wind tunnel with equipment measuring air flow with all the variables you want.

Or

Install a new front air dam and call it the day!

If I add shims between the air dam and the mounting point to induce a slight angle, will it improve cooling? If so, how much?

According to my wind tunnel data .0056% improved cooling.

How do you know that? You assume it, you don't know it.
