Very happy with the cam, can't wait to get it on the rollers and hit the track and see how it does.

Love it. Why did you decide to go with the Kaotik over everything else on the market?

I'm leaning towards a custom cam too, but I also know all of the toys/goodies you have to start bolting on when you go with a big cam...

Man that sounds killer..How is the driveability with that cam and the yank3800..I was scared of going so big with the 2.56 gears for fear of bucking...

I knew of local car that ran very good and made good numbers on there Stage II cam. I was looking at their stage III but at the time they just switched over to the Kaotik to replace the stage III.

Driveability is actually pretty good. I get a TINY amount of buck when the converter is locked around 50 cruising(car is at 1,100 rpms) So im not surprised at all to have a little. I'm sure if i had a 3.15 or 3.42 gear it wouldn't be a issue.

In my old procharged G8 i had 2.92's with a yank3200 and 227/243 .614/.624 114 and the car drove awesome.

Hey Shane the vette sounds great! How long it took you to do the swap? I have a custom spec cam by tick performance but I won't install it until next year. I'm planning to go to gateway on 10 may for their midnight madness. I got my headers installed and it feels great so I can't wait to see what it does. Although it would be my first time at the track with the vette.
Later....

Who knows, the car actually showed more power than that on the dyno graph but im sure the top of the graph was from the TQ spike on the hit. Wasn't the kinda spike you usually see just a smooth transition down. I layed the mouse over the area when it started to come back down and it was 464TQ.

I'll just be happy to get it to the track and see the MPH increase and that will tell me what i need to know.
