Yes, they work fine as far as fitting. They have a round port, which is bigger than the D-port on the LS7. It is not a perfectly matched port..but that is no big deal. LS3's have D-ports also, and most of them have headers with round ports. If you are getting some porting done, the round port is better as it prevents the header port from overlapping the port work.
