So I just got a warning on the DIC saying, "service ABS, Service traction control, Service active handling".
Any clues what to check? I don't want any suggestions to see the dealer, please.

Maybe the battery? I know that when the volts get low, it likes to throw all kinds of weird codes. Just a suggestion. Good Luck.
There is a certain ratio between the front and rear tire sizes that must be maintained, not sure of the equation,if that is out of whack that could cause your problem. Jump in tire guys, what sizes can he go?
I just started getting the same codes last week. Did yours start right after putting on the 305's or did some time pass before the codes popped up? I do know if it isn't the tires it could be as simple or inexpensive as a bad tpms sensor. Worse case scenario is its your ebcm which is around $1300 if a stealership does the work.
Sometimes stuff like that happens and it's hard to pinpoint the cause. There's no sense in trying to diagnose without knowing all the circumstances of what tripped the problem.
Go to Autozone/O'Reilly's and get a code readout. Then disconnect the battery and see if that clears the code. If it comes back again after clearing, it's certain that's where the problem lies. Come back here with the code and it'll be much easier to ask the questions and find a solution.
If the code never shows up again, then you're done and can chalk it up to weird stuff that happens.
The service messages aren't codes. They just tell you something is wrong that is common to the ABS, TC and AH functions. When something affects all 3 that eliminates a bunch of issues that are only specific to 1 or 2 of the functions. Tire size won't set an ABS code so we can be pretty sure the tire size isn't an issue. Go to a store that has a scanner that can read ABS codes and see which codes are set. Items that are common to all 3 functions are DC power to the EBCM, Brake Pressure Modulator Valve, the EBCM, wheel speed sensors and several others. Steering, lateral G and yaw sensors aren't required for the ABS so probably aren't an issue.
Basically the messages tell you to get the codes read, the codes tell you where to look and the code's associated diagnostic procedure helps you figure out what is bad.
One more question: most shops seem to charge 50 dollars to read this code.
What scanners are there around the $1-200 range, that can read ABS codes on these cars?

I have an stock 11 GS A6, last Saturday while driving the vette the service active handling light came on.
On Monday I took the vette in for service they said it was the steering column sensor plus they found a squeak in the drivers seat, something to do with the seat motor but they have to special order it.
I finally got a call Wednesday and the service guy told me they found something that did not look right with the steering column, the service manager told them to install a new steering column, so they are going to put a new steering column in hopefully I'll get my car Friday.
I was just thinking what does the steering column has to do with the service active handling light coming on...
This is a combination of the three, which eliminates the steering column.
I scanned it with an innova 3150, it brought up a code for my right wheel sensor in the history.
So it is my right wheel sensor, which means I will be replacing my wheel hub.
