So, has anyone actually installed one of the Wolfe Bolt in roll bars in their C6? I'm attempting to and quite frankly it just doesn't fit which im pretty livid about at this point. Just wondering if anyone has actually had any success with this.
No it didn't. Turns out they welded the plates in the wrong place on the rear down bars, along with a few other issues. They are taking it back and I am awaiting my RSD bar's arrival.
I have one.. its a tight fit and had to make some minor modifications to the seat rail.. But for half the price of an RSD the trade off was worth it to me...

Ok great to know! I would have been livid as well. Nothing more frustrating than poorly designed parts. I will make sure to look at RSD or other brands besides the Wolfe roll bar.
The overall design of the Wolfe Bar isn't bad at all honestly. Like I said the position of the rear down bars were not correct, not to mention the main hoop was too high forcing me to cut the plastic B pillar cover. The fitment was ok for something that isn't built to my spicific car honestly.
I'm about 90% done installing the RSD bar at the moment. Overall the RSD is a WAY better product, but it too has its downfalls. The main hoop mounting is a bit of a pain, but not impossible. Given some of the threads on here about it I was actually expecting it to be worse than it was. Bottom line though, the RSD fits fantastic and really is THAT much better...well worth the price difference thus far.

Just curious as to what were the mods you needed for the seat rail?
I looked at both the Wolfe and RSD before I built my own. I almost bought the Wolfe bolt-in bars, until I found out they bolted through the floor and not to the frame. If they don't bolt or weld to the frame, they aren't NHRA legal. Our one track that just shut down permanently wasn't too picky, but the other one checks that stuff real close.
I decided to build my own, instead of trying to mod someone else's stuff to make them legal.
