Default Tires

I have a 2007 Z51 with original Goodyear supercar tires. Looking to replace looking for a better ride, this is not a track car just a driver.
looking for run flat tires but looking for a better ride. Any ideas?

I've been using Firestone's wide ovals like many other guys do & they are great for the price.I just put a new set on after 32,000 miles, make sure you get a good alignment also. You will like them...

If you can wait a bit longer, the new Michelin PSS run flat tires used on the non Z51 base C7 are the same size as what you have. See what the new owners have to say about them once they hit the street.

Firestone Wide Oval RF are a good choice. About $1200 shipped from the Internet or I got them locally from a Firestone Dealer for $1400 mounted and balanced w/valvestem rebuilds (+ $150 for lifetime balance).

Much quieter and much better traction than the worn out old Supercars.

I've got some lightly used Firestone Wide Ovals, if you're interested. They're actually the Indy 500 edition. My Vette is the 2007 Indy Pace Car and I thought these tires would be cool on it! I upgraded the HP to 669 and these tires wouldn't do it with that much power.

If you're interested, PM me and we can discuss details.

The Indy 500 aren't Run Flats though, they're conventional radials.

My last 2 sets was at a Firestone store, less then $1200.00 out the door & that is with lifetime balance. The alignment was extra tho.

The Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-2 is a good tire. I got 30,000 miles out of mine.
