I've done this swap in my garage by myself and posted helpful stuff, including that the headers will work just fine.

I will be talking to Cartek next week and see if they have ever put an LS3 in a LS2 car and if there are any problem areas.. i.e. electrical etc..I hear the LS3 oil pan won't work.. ???

The Corvette LS3 pan will work, but the Camaro LS3 pan will not work. You're dealing with the same basic engine, but two different cars that needed slight changes for it to fit.

And yes, your current headers will work perfectly fine.
Your Vararam might need some slight modification (different style MAF on LS3s) but that won't be a problem at all.

They've done at least 6 that I know of (possibly even more). Some were 416 strokers of course but they were still 'LS3 based' engines installed in 'non LS3' Corvettes.
And yes, your current headers will work perfectly fine. Your Vararam might need some slight modification (different style MAF on LS3s) but that won't be a problem at all.
