Im unsure of what i should do to my car next. open the heads up, bigger cam and put some stages of spray on it (already have a harris kit with nano system not installed)? or open up the heads and put 7-8#'s of boost to it? 2008 c6z (16,500 miles have had all these mods on it since 6400ish) currently making 527rwhp on a mustang dyno with a ****** car guys tune with the following goodies,
rpm b3 cam (.623 .623) with comp springs, lunati lifters, trent pushrods, manley exhaust valves, arp mains, katech rod bolts, billet diamond pistons with the thermo-coat on top and teflon on the skirts, kooks 1-7/8's headers, noncatted mid pipes, stock mufflers with the valves open, cai, monster stage 4 clutch, zr1 wheels ps2's.
So what is your goal? Dyno queen, Car show bragging, Bonneville runs, 1/4 mile drags? Don't tell me street racing or I'll advise a camouflage paint job and that other forum.
All around badass car. Drive to work few days a week, highway pulls, few 1/4 miles track days. Universal street car weapon people in exotics fear basically.
thats where i need input. if i only push it to 8#'s what am i really going to break? 680ish at the wheels on a dynojet isnt all too much to ask out of the motor foundation i currently have is it? tranny issues maybe my next priority?
