Default Stroker & TF 235 Dyno

These TF 235's are extensively modified by Chris Frank, they begin as a rough cut head which is 10 cfm smaller than the off the self version. Then he designs his final port.

LS3 Stroker 416 CI

The camshaft is 235/243 .647/.654 114+5

All the supporting bolt on's

AR 1 7/8 catted 3" mid section catted
SW 3" cat back
Fast 102 ported NW 102 TB Haltech LS7 style CIA
EWP
RPS Twin Carbon Street Lite & 4:10's

The dyno is a Mustang that is well calibrated with the Parasitic Multiplier set to 2.1 rather than 1.0. It will display power number like a well calibrated DJ, so if the car were to run on a DJ these would be the numbers expected.

I've included a HPT screen shot of the run for those who are interested. I street tuned the car prior to the run & it made 6/6 less than the final dyno run.

Great numbers!
Do you have any flow numbers on these heads? And what valve sizes did he use?

I'm not sure the valve size, stock for 235's. I found the flow data & a photo. The combustion chambers were welded to get the volume down for the -10cc pistons.

I'm thinking of that saying...."If you want the job done right, do it yourself!"

Your research, perserverance, and hard work paid off nicely Dale!

Great job! Just in time for winter.......
