I just had to swap out mine on my 2005 as well... Is it cracked?
They are the same across the same models, IE: all base springs are the same, all z51 are the same, all z06 the same, etc.
You can pick up a direct replacement used spring on the forum here for about $100 shipped.
I bought z06 springs and replaced front and rear for $300, used, from a forum member.
They will all fit on your car, but have different spring rates.
