Default Car door / window won't open, car won't start

Long story short, driver side window was left open during a heavy rainstorm. Car door won't open, window won't go up. So I drove it home, parked her in the garage overnight. Today I went to drive it to the dealer and it says key fob not detected. Car won't start. Dash lights will come on briefly, but car won't turn over. Once I put key fob in glove box charger, it will stop saying key fob not detected and it will at least attempt to turn over with no dice.

Did water somehow get in and fry my bcm ?

For sure. Water can cause real electrical problems. Check the battery voltage and do a load test first. A water caused short could have drained the battery.
