It's quite a project, but do-able.
Member RLSebring has a service where he will replace the lenses on your lights fairly quickly, and I think he can sometimes do an exchange but not sure. He will also sell you new lenses and instructions on how to install them, people do it but sounds to me like doing your own brain surgery.
There are others, but he seems to have the biggest base of satisfied customers.
Keep in mind that the new lenses will get chips also, most folks wait until they get cracks, crazing, or serious clouding.
