I am going with the FAST fuel rails when I order my intake manifold, but I don't think rails really matter, just doing it for some under the hood eye candy lol.
If it helps any, I've been doing this with my car for almost 4 years now and have never run into any fuel related problems:

The car has an LS7 with a very big cam and runs low 10's but I'm still using the stock LS2 fuel pump along with stock 42lb LS3/LS7 injectors.

I have a very similar set up to what you have planned. It is even a 2005 C6. Several thoughts.

I had to upgrade to LS3/LS7 injectors that I believe were 42 lb. in order not to max them out. They are good options because you can get all the injector data from a '06 ZO6 tune which makes tuning them a snap. But remember, maxing out your injectors is ok as long as your WOT AFR is ok and you don't stay WOT for long as in road racing as the injector heat can cause a failure.

The mis-match between the 90mm TB and the 102 manifold can be over come with a 90-102 adapter to eliminate turbulence. I use all three of these.

I had to switch to an LS7 fuel pump due to dropping fuel pressure at WOT but I believe my LS2 pump was failing.

im thinking a nick Williams TB, BBK intake. they said the outside diameter of the TB is the same as factory. really hope my LS2 fuel pump will handle it, I don't wanna replace if I don't have to lol. so the FAST 46 lb injectors should work?

Fast102 intake is much better than the BBK. And save your money on the TB. Use a stock one.

He (Julio) just finished building me a 403 motor with a 4" stroker crank, FAST 102 intake, KOOKS long tube headers, Melling oil pump, ported & polished 243 heads, & he is going to use 42 lb injectors..

We started it yesterday, & it was kind of "lopy" at 750 rpm idle, BUT is has not been tuned AT ALL.. He said "no problem, & after it's tuned it will idle with a small to medium lope..

I kept the stock 05 mufflers on it because I have to drive 100 miles each way to & from the track and I Cant Stand Any Drone.. He didn't think I'd be leaving too much on the table by using the stock mufflers...

He just finished building another LS2 EXACTLY the same as mine i.e. cam, Heads, Headers, Intake etc.. etc.. & that one made 490 HP & 482 TQ.. it had a 4000 converter and 3.90 gears, I'll be using a 2800 converter, and 3.15 rear gears..

(I have no idea how much difference the converters & rear end gears will make ??

I should know by next Fri as it's getting a roll bar installed this week..

ok, well smokey's performance and dyno out of Akron, Ohio will be doing the tuning for my ls2. I just don't want to get out there and the guy tuning it tell me the factory fuel system cant support what you have done to the motor.
