2005 6speed with lg super pro headers with xpipe no cats, cai, fast 102, looking for mild cam choice and what else do I need to do or buy for the cam install
Valve springs. If you just do a mild cam that's really it. Probably don't even really NEED springs but depending what your plans are for the future it might be worthwhile to do some upgrades why your in there if you got the cash. Maybe hardened pushrods. You shouldn't need longer ones if it's a mild cam.
Contact some of the vendors here, I'm sure they'd be willing to give you some info. as well as a good deal on a cam.
About as mild as I would go. This will have excellent street manners and more than adequate power and torque while providing a stable, quite valve train.

In my LS2 with same mods that you have listed I used a 228XER/232XER 114+2 per Spinmonster's recommendation and it worked great.
If you want a milder cam than that, I would recommend a 226EPS/230/LXL 114+3. This is what I will be putting in my LS3 A6. Should be plenty mild with your M6 and make great power.

People's definition of mild can be different as it's subjective, so feel free to give me a call to discuss what you want exactly. You have great intake and exhaust, so you can still see some good gains from a relatively small cam
