09 vert "top not secure message"
Top not secure message on when top is in up position.I believe it to be the switch located in drivers side windshield header.Can anyone give me some disassembly instructions for getting the header apart and the switch out?? Thanks Ron

Haven't had to do it but apparently it isn't a big deal. While the switch may be bad, it's also possible it's just out of adjustment.
Tips in these threads say to just pop the plastic cover off and bend the engagement contact a little, but be cautious as it seems to be a little flimsy:

Rick is right...most likely the switch is out of alignment. It may also need a spritz of electrical contact cleaner. You can do the spray without removing it. Push on the lever with a small screwdriver and see if you can hear the click of the switch making contact.
