Where does this bolt go?
Hello - does anyone know where this bolt goes?
Its a metal bolt with a rubber isolator on it.
I am in the middle of a head/cam swap on my 2005 c6 - and I have lowered the front suspension down, torn into the motor, etc.
One day I was under the car and saw this bolt on the floor - I have no idea where it came from.
Its the only one too - everything else I tagged and bagged.
Pics of the bolt:

It goes in the abs block. Holds the block to the cast bracket that attaches to the subframe.

Horsepower - thanks!
I thought it might have been part of the steering rack - glad I haven't put that back in the car!

That's an impressively quick response for such an esoteric fastener!

Yep, recognized it right away also. Addict is right. Holds the ABS unit to the bracket above the steering rack. There should be a nut on the threaded part to attach to the bracket. The rubber bushing goes into the ABS unit.
There should be two flats on the threaded part. They have to be oriented vertically to slide into the slots on the bracket.
