Got an '09 Z51 Coupe. Been having an intermittent problem:
Getting a "check brake fluid" followed by "service traction control" and "service active handling" message.
Checked brake fluid and its full.
A couple times it did it when first drving car before car was fully warmed up.
Last two times has been after exiting freeway almost arriving to my destination after about an hour drive. Car seems to drive OK and without a power loss when displaying the warnings.
After each occurence, shut the car off for about a minute, restart, and everything is cleared, no issues until it does it the next time...
Plugged in the Diablo Intune and it showed no codes...
Saw this last year but no actual resolution.....but his brake fluid was actually low. The AH/TC messages are triggered by the brake fluid warning. My only guess is you have a bad sensor, component or an actual fluid problem. Since it's safety related it isn't something to ignore but will need a qualified diagnosis. Good luck and please post back when you find something.
Since your fluid is full and not going down I doubt the issue is the same as the one in the link provided. Are you getting the red warning light on the IP?
Not sure if your Diablo can read the appropriate codes. OBDII scanners are severely limited in their capabilities. You need a scanner that can read ABS codes to see what is going on. Check your local auto parts stores to see if they can scan them for you.
On an 09 a C0267 would indicate there is an issue with the fluid level sensor. The sensor is located on the side of the Master Cylinder Reservoir. Check the wiring going to the sensor since it could cause the problem instead of the sensor causing it. Also check to make sure the parking brake position sensor is not causing an issue. It is wired into the same circuit to light the light and if it is misbehaving can cause the same warnings.
I am attaching some SM info for you to read over. However, you need to find out what codes are being set to know for sure what is going on. Remember if there is a warning on the IP/DIC that indicates a failure of some sort there will be a code. About 45% of all codes can't be read by an OBDII scanner.
Some ABS codes are reset every time the engine is turned off so you may need to have the warning present when you check for codes. When that happens don't turn the engine off, just plug in the scanner.

just wondering out loud: if not fluid level, can it be some dirt in the fluid causing something to trigger or contaminate a sensor? I'll look for the follow up.
The brake warning indicator light does not illuminate, just the traction light.
The DIC displays "check brake fluid" followed by "service traction control" and "service active handling".
As far as reading the ABS codes, yes that might be my problem, as I have tried to read what was storied and not when it actually happened.
Went for about a 100 mile drive yesterday, messed with the different settings; traction control on/off, competetive mode, AHS/TC off, while we were out, no issues.
Picked the car up, drove away and when I hit the brakes, the pedal went nearly to the floor. Went back to the dealer, too late already closed. Took the car back this am....asked them to please bleed the brakes before I got killed.

Can you tell if they test drove it?
I'd be looking for another dealer...
