Where is the ignition system ground (fighting p0300)

Where is the ignition system ground (fighting p0300)
So far I have
-New plugs and wires (tested ohms on wires to be between 382-387)
-Tested different injectors in there
-Tried a different battery
-Verified 60+psi at the fuel rail
Maybe a ground or a shorted wire? Going to look some more tomorrow but wanted to know, where is the ignition system grounded to? A schematic I found online showed underneath the drive side header???? Is that correct?

Thank you for taking the time to post that! Would you agree in what im seeing that it appears that g107 would be under the exhaust manifold, driver side, to the block?

So I checked each individual coil ground to the ground on the battery and I have continuity at each coil ground. I also tested each coil pack individual wire to the wire on the harness that plugs into the main engine harness (mounted on the coil pack mounting bracket on top of each valve cover) and each of those had continuity. I would assume if I have continuity of the ground at each coil pack that the ground would be good? I cant easily see the ground g107

It is an 05 with an ls2. I haven't been able to find a logger to really dive into weekdays going on with it. The car is without question missing.
I think my next step may be too get a vacuum gauge and test vacuum for leaks?

Yeah it comes back right away. Initially the code would only be thrown when getting on the throttle(more than 70%) and above 3500rpms. Since then it has become constant, even at idle.

Since you have checked a good portion of the electrical components what about checking the state of your engine mounts. The vibration of cammed cars throws this codes unless the sensitivity is adjusted. My car is cammed and the nvh is only slightly detectable over stock so you might not notice. It might be a far fetched possibility but still worth a look.

Ill take a look at that.
I double checked all the wires again, checked the gap on the plugs again and all looks good. It is now alternating between p0300 and p0306 for cylinder #6. Once it cools down ill pull that plug/wire and re-inspect and test for ohms. Might try swapping coils from 6 and 4 and see if the misfire jumps.
