I dont think you can add factory Onstar but you could replace the review mirror with an aftermarket Onstar mirror.

just in case anyone is interested (and by the responses i would say not) the manufacturing of the aftermarket onstar mirrors has stopped. if you wanted onstar on your non onstar c6 you can forget it.

OnStar has decided to discontinue producing any additional OnStar FMV units. However, we plan to sell any OnStar FMV units that remain on retail store shelves. Those who have purchased an OnStar FMV will continue to receive first-rate OnStar service for as long as they choose to subscribe. I have it on my 2011... Never used it and don’t have the feeling I’m missing out on anything. I kind of wish there was a way to remove the unsightly box from the windshield.
