Do you mean that the image is projected too low on the windshield for you to conveniently see?
If so, you probably already know there is an up/down switch in the HUD panel to allow adjustment. Sometimes the "hinges" for the HUD can break and cause the adjustment to go down.
And of course, sometimes the HUD brightness gets accidentally turned way down also.
