I put a Billet Tech for the wrong reason, it looked good. Now that the snow is starting to melt and I am driving the car, it not only looks good, but my low voltage issues at idle are gone! If you have changed your crank pulley to get more power and have voltage issues, the Billet Tech alternator will solve the issue.
Nice touch on using allen head for the alternator bolt. Is it cres with same strength rating as oem?
Nice!
It is a 10.9, so I have to assume it is. I want to convert everything to 12 point stainless ARP, but they don't have all the sizes, and I have not won the Power Ball lottery!
Thanks again for your ground cable recommendations!

That designation should be good to go in terms of strength and looks great. Although I make screw thread, but it is using single point, but only for low torque applications. For me and I know like you, regardless of price, quality comes first. ARP formed screw thread using rollers, essentially, threads are forged. I use ARP as much as I can as well. As for other sizes, like the alternator, measure oem and call direct, alternator bolt is not unique, but they can make one per spec. for a price. I will soon replace that, when I make the change out to my new one piece alternator cover - when I got the motivations.
That said, unless it is space constraint or low torque requirement, twelve point is not as strong as 6 - right? But choice is to each their own.
My ground suggestion was just that, no problem. I noticed you using the stock grounding point for the alternator on frame. You probably already know, the new black anodized cover requires no additional ground.
