Default Bluetooth in an 06 C6

I am sure its been asked a gazillion times but do 2006 vettes have bluetooth?
I am just about to pick up my 06 ( I am a C3 man so all new for me ) and its has Z51 and 3LT.
From the info i have read on here it wont have it factory, correct?
Is there an easy way to get it in my car?
Not concerned about phone connections but being able to play music off my ipod or iphone is pretty important for me.
Any advice would be helpful as i have very little C6 experience or knowledge yet!

If you do a search on Google for C6 Bluetooth Adaptor there some nice options out there. I just replaced the factory radio with a Kenwood with Bluetooth and love it.

If you have either a XM module in the car (does not have to be active, but just in the car), or the stand alone CD player in the back hatch, then adding a after market Blue tooth system is cheap (around $60) since you can tap the external device lines to add in the input of the Blue tooth device through the external device signals.

Note, the radio has to be set to the source you are using to use the blue tooth, hence the radio will not auto answer/switch over to that source to auto answer a call.

If you have neither the XM module, nor external CD player in the car, then adding blue tooth to the factory deck is pretty much out without spending big bucks instead, and for that price, better to just changer out the head unit to a aftermarket unit that has the features you want instead.

Simply, with either a XM module, external CD, or another device add-in, the radio can not be programmed (add a new source channel to the radio) to accept just the blue tooth audio signal wires via taping into a existing harness plug that is not connected to anything alone.
