Question on third tail light pulsar
I recently purchased a third tail light pulsar from the Corvette Museum Store.

I purchased 2 plug and play units. One for my 09 and one for my brothers 08. What I am noticing on both vehicles is when the brake pedal is applied, the unit works as advertised.
However, when the turn signal is on the pulsar unit does not activate, instead, the third tail light comes on solid as normal.
My feeling is that the unit is designed to not activate when the turn signals are on so as not to create too many things flashing and create confusion for drivers that are following.
There is no mention of this on the instalation paperwork and nothing that I see at the Corvette Museum store link.
Is anyone who has one of these installed seeing the same behavior?

I've never even noticed but what you say makes sense. I'll have to fire up the car and try the brakes with the turn signal on to see if my car does the same thing. Will report back after I do it.

I have also never noticed whether my flasher flashes the CHMSL when a blinker is on...will test also and report back. Since my flasher is only connected to the CHMSL, I would not expect the blinker to have any effect but I will check.

Well...
I went out into my garage.
Started up the car.
Before the fumes got to me, I tapped on the brake both with and without the turn signal on and to my suprise, the third brake light worked as advertised.
So... I am not sure what I thought I was seeing, but, the third brake light flashes with or without the turn signals on.
As it is suppose to.
Shame on me for not paying better attention before posting.
