Default Valve spring question?

Getting my Mast 305 heads setup soon but wondering what the best spring would be I'm gettin Manley nextek's and have two options=
.660" 1.295" .676" 155 @ 1.810
405 @ 1.150 379lb rate 1.100" coil bind
OR
.700" 1.340" .726" 170 @ 1.810
446 @ 1.110 394lb rate 1.050 coil bind
These are for a FI build with hollow SS int/Inconel ext. valves, 3/8" push rods, shaft mounted rockers and cam lift around .640 with Morel high rpm linkbar's plan to spin to around 7-7200rpm which one will work best with the heavier valve train

Since you're going forced induction, I would use the heavier of the two springs.
