Default Need help with WOT box install

I think I have this just about figured out but have one delay right now triying to find the igniton wire under the hood that goes to the wireing harness. This would be where the WOT box would connect. Does anyone have a picture of where it is at and where to look? 2005 m6 z51 help would be much appreciated I see it on wire diagrams but can't actully find it and know for sure that's it. This is the n2mb box by the way.

Pretty sure I now have it installed correctly will be doing some tests soon. But for the most part there was just some incorrect information in the directions and from N2MB support. May do a write up soon for those interested.

Be careful with that thing. Two of my buddies installed them and blew up their rears first time out of the gate. Be sure and set the delay at low RPM as you learn it. The minute your clutch comes off the floor the engine is revving at WOT so you better be ready to engage that clutch, smoothly, or bad things will happen.

Gary2004Z06 has one, perhaps he might chime in if you PM him on how he uses his.

I wasnt planning on using the 2 step anytime soon but for now just the wot shifting. Im pretty familure with the n2mb box I have one on my cobra as well. There just was not much good information to be found for install on a c6. Like the wire at the gas pedal in the directions and n2mb support said to use the light blue wire the correct wire is the dark blue wire at least in my 2005. There some other things as well that was incorrect in the instructions. I will try to post soon how it is installed and working on my car now. I just tested the 2 step tonight I set it really low 2500 and its working fine I will try the wot shifting next.

Use the pink wire that goes to the harness on top of your valve covers (it is the large connector that is physically mounted on the coils). You will have to wire both sides (passenger and driver side) in order for it to cut ignition to the engine. I elongated both wires on both sides to connect to the red/black and red wire to the n2mb box behind the engine.

PM me if you need help and I'll give you my number.

So confirmed the WOT box is now working. May do some tweaking on the time its cutting the ignition seems to be a delay I have it set at 250 which seems to be to a little long for my shift.

Make sure clutch is inverted in the WOT setting. set to 1.7 volts

Brief notes on wires used:

Dark Blue wire at Gas pedal
Gray wire at clutch
Put the N2MB yellow wire on purple wire at coil 1

Take some vids of the no lift shifting when you can, very interested in running this.

It sounds awesome.

Here is my buddy Juic3d doing his record NA pass. He modded his tune using HP Tuners to have a no lift shift using the clutch switch. He posted how to do it in HPTuners' forum (perhaps under the screen name Justinjor).
