master cylinder replacement
After some reading here I have come to the conclusion that I need to replace the master cylinder as I have no fluid leaks under the car or around the torque tube area.
With that being said, I have removed the inner fender and I can see when the slave cylinder hose connects to the master cylinder and I can see the small metal clip that is suppose to be removed. However, I cannot for the life of me get it out. I've tried a small flat head and can't get it to budge. Is there some sort of special jedi mind tricks involved in talking the clip out? How does it come out? I've read through the diy write up that someone posted buy it doesn't exactly show how to pry it out, any help would be appreciated. I also seen a post about a updated master cylinder for a 2009, will this fit in my 05? Thanks in advance!
